What You Will Do:

  • Working onsite in Riyadh, support financial modeling, budget tracking, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting.
  • ​Partner with engagement leads to analyze clinical and operational performance data.
  • ​Build, reconcile, and maintain advanced analytical models and reporting workbooks.
  • ​Assist in translating operational healthcare data into actionable cost and efficiency insights for senior stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory)
  • ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • ​Experience: 1–2 years in an analytical role (financial analysis, business analytics, or healthcare data preferred).
  • ​Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential (nested formulas, complex lookups, data modeling, PivotTables). Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, SQL) is a strong plus.
  • ​Communication: Fluency in professional English (written and verbal) is required.
  • ​Mindset: Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and an active drive to learn healthcare costing and performance systems.
