Scope:
- Core responsibilities of implementation and possess strong technical knowledge in TMS solution to understand how the Blue Yonder solution can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes
- Look at various angles of a Problem to identify the root cause to solve a Variety of problems. Promotes the same outlook in the Team.
- Volunteers for new challenges and eager to learn and challenge himself for new tasks as well build a network outside the immediate Team and encourage an atmosphere where team can thrive
What you’ll do:
- Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.
- Serves as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
- Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
- Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
- Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
- Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide variety of functional support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
- Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
- Work with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realization.
What we are looking for:
- 14+ Years of experience with Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Expertise in Integration of TMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Optimization Design.
- Strong Supply Chain domain experience
- Data Science, Agile, Azure, AI/ML is a plus
- SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Debugging & Trouble shooting knowledge
- Hands-on Experience on Integrating Blue Yonder TMS product (preferably BY/i2 TMS) with upstream and downstream systems.
- Knowledge on interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host, WMS.
- Parcel Handling, INTTRA Integration are preferred.
- Knowledge in Tariff Modelling, Optimization Design and Financial Implementation.
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
- Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized functional questions
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various functional platforms and infrastructures.
- Travel readiness based on business needs.
