About the Role
This is a senior product leadership role at a fintech startup building trust and identity infrastructure for businesses globally. You will own the product roadmap end to end, working closely with a remote-first engineering team to translate vision and real-world constraints into a coherent, evolving plan that ships with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Structure and evolve the product roadmap, turning strategy and constraints into clear execution plans.
- Break down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features the team can deliver with confidence.
- Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture, making deliberate choices about what to build and when.
- Craft clear narratives around features, articulating why they exist, how they fit together, and what customer problem they solve.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of substantive product management or product leadership experience, ideally on complex B2B or platform products.
- Systems thinking: a clear ability to understand how individual features interact within a larger product ecosystem and reason about second-order effects.
- Comfort working closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and long-term scalability.
- Experience defining product goals, success metrics, and managing trade-offs across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong written communication skills, with a habit of documenting decisions, assumptions, and reasoning so distributed teams stay aligned.
- Availability to work within EU timezone hours.
- Background in identity, payments, or fintech is a plus.
- Experience in remote-first or distributed team environments is a plus.
Location
Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available.
