Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Provide advanced Route-to-Market analytics and strategic decision support for the Dominican Republic business, independently assessing commercial performance, customer coverage, route productivity, service models, and sales execution across both Traditional Pre-Sales (Pre-Sales and Van Sales) and Mi Negocio operating models.

Your Impact

1. Act as the primary Route-to-Market analytical resource for the Dominican Republic business, independently identifying opportunities, conducting analyses and providing recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.

2. Analyze the performance of both Traditional Presales and Mi Negocio models, identifying opportunities to improve customer coverage, service levels and productivity.

3. Develop and maintain analytical models, methodologies and performance metrics used to evaluate Route-to-Market effectiveness and commercial execution.

4. Conduct customer segmentation, territory assessments and route productivity analyses to support business decision-making and resource allocation.

5. Develop business cases and scenario analyses to evaluate customer migration opportunities, route redesign initiatives and productivity improvement opportunities.

6. Identify trends, risks and performance gaps through advanced data analysis and recommend actions to improve commercial performance.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Route-to-Market, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence or related functions.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience developing analytical reports.
  • Experience supporting commercial decision-making.
  • Managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel.
