Play a pivotal role in ensuring our most important strategic initiatives are delivered effectively, aligned to business priorities, and achieve the outcomes they're designed to deliver.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work across portfolios of strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders, delivery teams and executive stakeholders.

You'll provide end-to-end oversight of portfolio delivery performance, helping manage priorities, dependencies, risks and investment decisions across complex programs of work. You'll be responsible for ensuring delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives while supporting informed decision-making at the executive level.

What you’ll do 

  • Oversee portfolio delivery performance and outcomes
  • Drive integrated portfolio planning and prioritisation
  • Manage dependencies, sequencing and resource optimisation
  • Provide portfolio-level delivery and financial insights
  • Monitor and escalate portfolio risks and issues
  • Ensure delivery frameworks and governance standards are met
  • Prepare governance reporting for executive stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across portfolio delivery practice

What you’ll bring 

  • Extensive experience in project, program and portfolio management
  • Strong portfolio governance and delivery oversight capability
  • Experience managing large, complex portfolios and competing priorities
  • Commercial acumen across forecasting, investment tracking and financial management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and strategic trade-offs
  • Portfolio, program or project management certifications such as MoP, MSP, P3O or PMP (highly regarded)
