Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and timely issue resolution
• Partner with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and implement system enhancements
• Automate operational tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Monitor system performance and health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
• Participate in duty support rotations, including on‑call support and weekend implementations for new product features when required

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Murex, including modules such as e‑Tradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues efficiently
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, SQL, and automation tools
