Who we are looking for

An experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft cloud and security operations. The ideal candidate combines a Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory with hands-on experience in identity and endpoint security solutions and demonstrates the ability to work effectively globally.

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and 365 security.
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD): Conditional Access, MFA, enterprise applications, PIM.
• Administer on-premises Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, SQL, and certificate services.
• Manage endpoint compliance and patching via Intune, SCCM, Automox, BitLocker.
• Operate privileged access, EDR, enterprise storage, and backup restore testing.
• Handle Helpdesk escalations, mentor engineers, and support global security compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in system administration and IT infrastructure - a Must
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and security - a Must
• Hands-on Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server - a Must
• Fluent English (written and spoken) a Must
• Experience with Defender for Office 365 and Purview (DLP, Retention), MFA
• Endpoint management (Intune, SCCM) and PowerShell scripting
• EDR (CrowdStrike), PAM (CyberArk), and PKI certificate services - an Advantage
• Enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), backup, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
