Job Description
- Lead QA/QC activities for the offshore SURF scope.
- Supervise EPC Contractor and subcontractor QA/QC activities.
- Review Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures and quality documentation.
- Lead audits, inspections and contractor/supplier assessments.
- Manage NCRs, CARs, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs, trends and improvement actions.
- Coordinate QA/QC supervisors covering materials, NDT, welding and coating.
- Interface with contractors, suppliers, Certifying Authority and project management.
- Ensure compliance with project, contractual and applicable quality requirements.
- Support construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years’ Oil & Gas project experience.
- Strong QA/QC experience on large-scale offshore/EPC projects.
- Proven SURF experience.
- Expertise in NDT, welding and metallurgy.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and QA/QC teams.
- Strong knowledge of audits, inspections, NCR/CAR and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
