About the Job You're Considering

The Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect is a senior leadership role responsible for helping clients transform and modernize their Supply Chain operations through Oracle Cloud applications. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams, leading the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions that address complex business challenges and support enterprise transformation initiatives.

Working across global organizations, the Solution Architect combines deep Oracle Cloud SCM expertise with strong consulting, solutioning, and business transformation experience to define future-state operating models, architect scalable solutions, and guide successful implementations. This role partners closely with client stakeholders to align business objectives with technology capabilities while ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational and financial value.

In addition to project delivery, the Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect plays a key role in business development, pre-sales solutioning, thought leadership, and practice growth, helping clients navigate complex supply chain transformation initiatives and maximize their investment in Oracle Cloud.

Your Role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, helping clients address complex supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution architecture and design across Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, and related supply chain capabilities.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, process discovery sessions, fit-gap assessments, and solution design discussions to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Define and validate future-state supply chain processes, operating models, and Oracle Cloud SCM solution strategies.
  • Partner with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead functional and solution design activities throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, training, and adoption.
  • Provide leadership for integration design, ensuring seamless connectivity between Oracle Cloud SCM and other Oracle and non-Oracle enterprise applications.
  • Guide project teams through solution delivery, issue resolution, risk management, and change control activities.
  • Act as the solution lead for large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM transformations, ensuring delivery quality, business value realization, and client satisfaction.
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, client presentations, solution workshops, and strategic pursuits.
  • Deliver advisory services related to supply chain transformation, solution architecture, technology assessment, vendor evaluation, implementation strategy, and program recovery initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud practice, methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience delivering complex Oracle Supply Chain implementations and business transformation programs.
  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Program Solution Lead for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in large, global organizations.
  • Deep expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including: Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Execution
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes, including planning, sourcing, procurement, fulfillment, inventory optimization, and logistics operations.
  • Experience leading global solution design workshops, requirements gathering sessions, fit-gap analyses, and future-state process design initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success architecting Oracle Cloud SCM solutions and guiding organizations through large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and ERP, Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, CRM, and third-party applications.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead business transformation discussions.
  • Proven experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, strategic pursuits, and client-facing business development activities.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while serving as a senior advisor to client leadership teams.
  • Two or more active Oracle Cloud SCM certifications.
  • Experience leading global, multi-country Oracle Cloud SCM deployments.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or related Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Experience working for a global consulting organization, systems integrator, or professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Experience developing solution accelerators, methodologies, and thought leadership assets.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750- $340,750

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
