In an autonomous team, you develop and operate an easy-to-use web application for My Swisscom Business. Together with engineers and specialists, you ensure reliable operations and continuously improve the product. Your work helps business customers gain a holistic view of their billing data for self-service and meaningful analyses. The team works with modern methods, values quality and supports your growth.

  • Design, develop and operate features for a web-based reporting solution for customers and service teams
  • Build high-performance backend services and improve data queries
  • Implement user-friendly frontend elements and ensure quality through pairing and reviews
  • Design and run robust data processing pipelines
  • Deploy, monitor and manage releases and take part in a regular on-call rotation to ensure high availability

Your skills

  • Bachelor (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot; React is a plus
  • Confident with relational databases and writing efficient queries
  • Familiar with containers, version control and modern development and delivery practices
  • You write clear, maintainable code and give constructive feedback
  • You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders in a small, reliable team
  • Team-minded, open and curious, eager to learn and share knowledge; juniors and professionals welcome
  • Very good English; German or French an advantage; willing to share on-call duty and provide valid criminal and debt record extracts as required
