Where You Make An Impact:
- Drive the enhancement of Finance-related business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, while supporting global ERP rollout initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and evaluate requirements, managing backlogs, fit/gap assessments, and process analyses.
- Provide inhouse consulting alongside process experts using agile methodologies, and contribute to Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
- Deliver 2nd‑level support, perform module customizing and parameterization, and support digitalization, harmonization, and automation of Finance processes.
- Offer on-site support during migration projects and conduct user training as needed.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Completed academic background in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, supported by initial experience in IT or Finance and a solid understanding of Finance processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a strong willingness to learn, with additional SQL Server / (T-)SQL skills considered an advantage.
- Strong technical and methodological capabilities in support, documentation, and project work, paired with high reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm for IT and process topics.
- Excellent communication skills, a confident and customer‑oriented demeanor, and full professional proficiency in English with basic German knowledge.
- Openness to occasional national and international travel.
