Responsibilities
The Opportunity
LATAM MCC Opex Analyst will play a key role in planning, reporting and monitoring Move expenses. This role is responsible for providing Freights and Warehousing (Move) world class service for Brazil. Responsible for preparing operating expense (OPEX) analyses, interpreting actual data, and making forecasts across the region, with a particular focus on inflation, productivity, freights and warehousing initiatives. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team, provide accurate information to guide the decision-making process, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) regarding operating expenses.
Your Impact
As a Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Deliver monthly budget act/fcst with special focus on non-labor expense; own all submissions.
- Review Freights and warehousing actuals during pre-close/close with Functions; deliver LE & flash submission to functions highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensure spend is recorded in correct P&L line item (MOH/Move/G&A/Sell)
- Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast
- Deliver monthly budget execution R&O
- Lead Move budget build-up, including analysis and alignment with sub-functions function
- Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc
- Support the planning, implementation and development the LATAM Move operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements
- Give guiadance regarding OpEx PBF process to the budgeteers for Move.
- Key point of contact of SCF team
- Promote and adhere to MCC ways of working, culture and values
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other MCC locations
Qualifications

Education
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Finance organization
- Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese prefered
- Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Blend of control and planning finance
- Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
