As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. You will provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives. You will develop business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Developing strategies to identify and mitigate risks impacting organizational operations and objectives - Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and manage risks effectively - Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire team members - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations - Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize risk management frameworks - Implementing risk model strategies to support enterprise risk management initiatives - Upholding professional and technical standards in compliance with regulatory guidelines - Facilitating contract negotiation and contractual risk mitigation to support business continuity - Engaging in crisis management and operational risk management to safeguard organizational interests - Promoting creativity and intellectual curiosity to generate innovative solutions for risk challenges - Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection - Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
- Advanced Power BI development and dashboarding
- Data transformation and data modeling
- Power Automate and workflow automation
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 3 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
