This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Senior Consultant Manager based in Canada.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role focused on scaling Revenue Operations capabilities across complex B2B environments. You’ll combine people leadership with hands-on expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot. The role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals while remaining deeply involved in strategic and technical client work. You’ll shape CRM architecture, automation, lifecycle management, integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, translating complex technical challenges into practical business recommendations. Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, managing workloads, priorities, coaching, performance, and professional development.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex client, Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation challenges.
- Own or oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring clear communication, high-quality delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Design and advise on lifecycle architecture, lead management, lead routing, automation, CRM and marketing automation integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Review team deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, strategic quality, and readiness for client presentation.
- Partner with account leadership and internal stakeholders to identify expansion, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
- Support project scoping, solution design, and sales conversations for Revenue Operations engagements.
- Develop repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards to improve the scalability and consistency of the practice.
- Maintain visibility into project health, team capacity, utilization, delivery risks, and priorities across multiple concurrent engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a closely related discipline.
- 1–2+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Strong hands-on experience administering and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Deep experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, with certification strongly preferred or at least 2–3 years of hands-on implementation and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
- Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/marketing automation integrations, automation, and data governance.
- Proven ability to lead senior-level client conversations and translate technical challenges into business-focused recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to manage expectations and navigate difficult conversations.
- Ability to balance people leadership and strategic responsibilities with hands-on technical execution.
- Experience working across Salesforce and HubSpot environments serving B2B organizations is highly valuable.
- Previous agency, consulting, or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
- Additional Salesforce and HubSpot certifications are advantageous.
- Experience scoping projects, supporting sales discussions, identifying account expansion opportunities, and managing multiple client engagements is preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have current work authorization and permanently reside in Canada for this remote opportunity.
