Full description

  • Drive product strategy and growth by identifying market opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the backend semiconductor market, translating insights into winning product roadmaps and business cases.
  • Lead new product development from concept to launch—setting targets for cost, performance, and timelines, while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.
  • Strengthen competitive positioning by equipping product marketing and sales with compelling value propositions, market insights, and clear differentiation versus competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, including growth drivers, trends, and key players, with a focus on new and pathfinding opportunities in the backend semiconductor space.
  • Analyze market timing, sizing, customer needs, competitive landscape, and required investments to develop robust, data‑driven business cases.
  • Assess customer requirements and competitor capabilities to define and refine product roadmaps.
  • Establish and drive product development targets across cost, schedule, and performance dimensions.
  • Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing offerings.

Enable product marketing and sales teams to win by developing effective collateral that clearly communicates product value propositions and differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA degrees preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the semiconductor or capital equipment industry.
  • Proven ability to assess long‑term market and technology trends and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to develop effective business cases.
  • Experience or exposure in Automation and AI is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong business acumen combined with creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers, both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10 – 15%)
