Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Solvative. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work across a variety of creative projects.

You will work closely with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams, as well as the leads, to create high-quality visual collateral for Solvative and Peerfives, including social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events.

The role requires someone who can adapt their design approach to different brands and audiences creating professional and polished designs for Solvative, while also developing creative and engaging content for Peerfives and its initiatives, products, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create graphics and visual collateral for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop presentations, banners, social media posts, infographics, and other digital and print assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams and leads to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across Solvative and Peerfives while adapting designs to different audiences and communication needs.
  • Manage multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within timelines.
  • Incorporate feedback and ensure final designs meet the required quality and brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Stay updated with evolving design trends, creative tools, and AI-powered design workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Good to Have

  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Experience creating and supporting social media content is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design, content creation, and creative workflows.
