About the Role and Team:

UX Designer in the Product Management Department is responsible for delivering UX Design solutions for Adform Platform. UX Designer collaborates closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers to contribute to identification of user problems and needs and deliver UX design solutions and improvements

  • Contribute to definition of user problems and needs, and needed UX design solution improvements
  • Deliver identified improvements for the UX Design Framework and UX Design System
  • Deliver product design and UX framework design according to Adform PDP process and UX Design guidelines. This includes:

A. Design concept,

B. wireframes

C. functional, visual specifications and any other assets for development teams

D. interactive prototypes

E. assets for design validation or usability testing

  • Contribute to ideation and product definition by running problem validation UX research and delivering design concepts
  • Act as a responsible UX designer on assigned scopes
  • Provide design consultations to Product Managers and Product Directors during Scope Analysis phase
  • Provide design support to Product Managers and developers during Development phase
  • Complete post-development UX review to ensure compliance with UX design Framework guidelines
  • Accept development results in extent of UX design requirements
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving internal processes and guidelines, for example. PDP, UX Design
  • Framework
  • Deliver identified improvements for the UX Design Framework
  • Run UX design internal initiatives from start to end with guidance of a senior UX designer and/or direct manager
  • Run UX research delivery as outlined in the UX research framework with contribution from UX researcher
  • Act as a subject matter expert of UX design in Product Domain teams
  • Plan UX deliverables according to Product Development Process in Adform
  • Manage self-development (design, technical, and tool knowledge) with guidance of the direct manager and functional lead
  • Proactively seek to improve own performance reach their personal targets and individual priorities guidance of direct manager and/or more senior UX designer

  • Being familiar with Adtech industry, competitor landscape, and Adform clients
  • Basic knowledge of Adform business domain and different products
  • Basic knowledge of general UX methodologies, methods, concepts, principles such as Adform User Personas, Design thinking concept (learn, ideate, prototype, validate stages), HCI, ergonomics, usability principles, and accessibility principles
  • Basic knowledge of visual design (visual design and typography principles, and product branding principles)
  • Practical knowledge of interaction design (responsive design principles, designing wireframes and mockups of interfaces, building interactive prototypes, GUI tools for creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing components and patterns for UI frameworks)
  • Practical knowledge of building specifications and assets for front-end developers
  • Being familiar with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Practical knowledge of Adform UX Strategy Rule book and Adform Design System/UX Framework
  • Basic knowledge of UX research management such as planning, applying quantitative and qualitative research methods, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
