Transfer Project Manager (M&A) position (3-5 years of experience). The main objective is to lead the end-to-end technical and operational transfer process of acquired applications, serving as the primary bridge between external sellers and internal teams (engineering, product, finance, and legal).
Tareas
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer Management: Own the end-to-end handover process for each acquired application, from initial transition to full internal onboarding.
- Technical Review: Review and validate documentation, codebase packages, and infrastructure specs to ensure complete and accurate transfers.
- Seller Relations: Act as the main point of contact for sellers, tracking down missing assets or documentation and building reliable collaboration.
- Dependency Migration: Map and manage third-party dependencies (APIs, SDKs, external tools, vendor contracts) and provide cost forecasting to the finance team.
- Issue & Risk Identification: Highlight critical blockers or technical issues during transfer to be resolved by the seller or logged for future fixes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align timelines across internal departments, maintain project status tracking, and continuously update transfer documentation.
Requisitos
- Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one mobile tech stack (React Native, Kotlin, or Swift) to audit codebases at a high level.
- Mobile Infrastructure: Solid understanding of app stores (iOS/Android), CI/CD pipelines, APIs, multi-repo setups, cloud macOS build environments (MacStadium), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Project & Tooling Experience: Proven track record in complex project management, working with platforms like Jira, and managing third-party sellers.
- Operational Readiness: Experience reviewing production builds (with QA), basic understanding of compliance requirements, and baseline knowledge of mobile monetization to capture revenue on Day 0.
- Communication & Documentation: Excellent verbal and written skills to translate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, alongside strong documentation habits.
