Key Responsibilities• Leads a team of direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of highly functioning team, including responsibility of recruiting, hiring, development and performance of team members.

  • Oversees the relationship management of Project Support clients to ensure customer satisfaction is met by the execution of their team of assigned Project Support Reps.
  • Responsible for ensuring their assigned teams are executing accordingly to establish existing customer loyalty, as well as aggressively pursing Project Support opportunities through new customers.
  • Analyzes the return on each customer to understand their needs and determine growth opportunities through new solutions in partnership with both Lowe’s and Lowe’s Pro Supply organizations.
  • Partners with National Account Mangers to ensure Lowe’s compliance resources are leveraged to mitigate risk in development and execution of contractual agreements and/or local/state/national Pro Customers

Required Qualifications• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

  • Bachelor’s degree Or Technical or Business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 Years Experience with outside sales, specifically government and/or national accounts.
  • 3 Years Experience leading teams
  • Safe driving history

Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Pay Range: $101,100.00 - $168,900.00 annuallyStarting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
