Ignite Digital is seeking a highly experienced Business Performance Senior Analyst III to support a major U.S. Navy enterprise initiative, providing expert-level analytical leadership, facilitation, and guidance on performance management, data integration, and senior‑level decision support. The ideal candidate is a recognized expert across multiple business improvement methodologies and enterprise performance frameworks, capable of advising at the highest organizational levels.

This role requires onsite work within the National Capital Region and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Senior Business Analyst Expert, delivering high-end facilitation, mentorship, and advisory support for complex, enterprise-level Navy initiatives.

• Provide expert guidance to government leadership on developing and implementing enterprise‑wide performance data identification, tracking methodologies, modeling approaches, and integration frameworks.

• Operate as a senior technical and organizational leader, advising at the equivalent of very senior enterprise leadership within the U.S. Navy.

• Apply extensive expertise in data management, data analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, metrics development, and KPI creation to drive performance outcomes.

• Develop high-impact white papers, executive briefs, and analytical products for senior DoD audiences.

• Conduct advanced analysis applying legislation, DoW Instructions, and SECNAV Instructions to support senior leader projects.

• Provide strategic writing and analytical support for enterprise performance programs, governance processes, and decision-making forums.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of strategic writing experience.

• Extensive experience functioning as a Senior Business Analyst Expert supporting major, complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

• Demonstrated recognition as an expert across multiple business improvement approaches and performance frameworks.

• Deep experience advising senior DoW leadership, including producing executive-level white papers and briefs.

• Advanced proficiency in data management, analytics, modeling, business intelligence, and defining metrics and KPIs.

• Demonstrated ability to apply legislation, DoWIs, and SECNAV instructions to senior leader performance projects.

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Salary: $150k+ to align with education and experience.
