Your Tasks
- Design and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models for the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reproducible data science workflows using Python and cloud-native tools.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science infrastructure and best practices.
Your Profile
- MSc/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and matplotlib/seaborn.
- 7+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning within an industry context, preferably on AWS.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data tools such as SageMaker, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and S3.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), Docker, and model monitoring.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a collaborative mindset.
