Your Tasks

  • Design and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models for the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows.
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reproducible data science workflows using Python and cloud-native tools.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science infrastructure and best practices.

Your Profile

  • MSc/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and matplotlib/seaborn.
  • 7+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning within an industry context, preferably on AWS.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based data tools such as SageMaker, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and S3.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), Docker, and model monitoring.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a collaborative mindset.
