Tasks:
- Responsible execution of performance- and quality-oriented planning and management of projects (project management) of small to medium size and complexity (technological innovation; development component and risk) or of subprojects, while adhering to cost and schedule constraints
- Ensuring all measures relevant to project execution are implemented to achieve project success in line with company objectives
- Providing technical leadership to small, interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary authority)
- Conducting negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers in coordination with the relevant departments
- Ensuring targeted project communication both internally and externally
- Monitoring and evaluating progress, as well as compiling reports based on controlling data
- Collecting, analyzing, and presenting internal information as part of managing a business unit
- Collaborating on and, where applicable, leading governance activities related to the management of a business unit
- Collaborating with and, where applicable, leading internal teams as part of organizational projects focused on process organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Dipl.-Ing., Dipl.-Inform., or Master's)
- Project management certification, Level C, according to the GPM standard
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of another foreign language (Spanish, French) is desirable
