In this role, you will become a key expert for a dedicated portfolio of reports: overseeing data quality, supporting users, coordinating incident resolution and contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of reporting tools. Your work will directly influence how financial information is delivered and adopted across the organization, making this position ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, precision and close collaboration with business partners.

  • Validate the data quality.
  • Lead incident management and communicate on their resolution.
  • Master end-to-end processes and tools.
  • Understand data flows and relevant data repositories.
  • Know the business rules and the scopes impacted by the reports.
  • Act as the single point of contact for users.
  • Manage communication with partners and other stakeholders involved in the reports.
  • Ensure user support.
  • Participate in the production deployment of reports.
  • Manage access rights, issues, and change requests.
  • Ensure the interface with the production and technical maintenance teams.
  • Act as an ambassador for each report.
  • Promote reports within their scope to broaden their usage.
  • Contribute to the necessary adaptations to meet users' needs.
  • Context: Reports are primarily intended for partners within Orange divisions.
  • Context: The portfolio of reports is regularly expanded, and each expert's scope of responsibility grows with the addition of new reports in their area of expertise.

  • Fluent in French (daily contacts with French speakers) and English
  • Solid experience in controlling / finance or accounting
  • Solid knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query will be a plus (as a minimum willingness to learn quickly)
  • Skills and aptitude in digital tools usage
  • Analytical and synthetic mindset
  • Rigour and strong organizational skills
  • Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines
