Full description

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Python Developer with 5-6 years of experience to join our AIOps platform team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing AI-powered solutions built on Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise integrations.

Generative AI & LLM Development

  • Develop and enhance AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Build solutions leveraging enterprise LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
  • Implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve AI response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks using enterprise knowledge repositories.
  • Integrate AI applications with structured and unstructured data sources.

Agentic AI Development

  • Build and maintain AI Agents capable of executing tasks, making decisions, and interacting with enterprise systems.
  • Develop multi-agent workflows and orchestration mechanisms for complex business use cases.
  • Implement tool calling, function calling, memory management, and contextual reasoning capabilities.
  • Contribute to the design and development of Agentic AI use cases across IT Operations, ITSM, Automation, Customer Support, and Knowledge Management domains.
  • Evaluate and improve agent performance, reliability, and scalability.
