About the Role
Elfonze Technologies is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of our brand and the creative output that carries it across every channel. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you will shape how Elfonze looks and feels — from the core brand system down to the posters, campaign creatives and social content we publish every week.
You will be the most senior design voice on the team, setting the visual direction, raising the quality bar, and turning business and campaign goals into work that stops the scroll. You will work closely with marketing, content, sales and leadership, and will have the freedom to build the brand system the way it should be built.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Identity
- Own, evolve and safeguard the
Elfonze brand identity — logo usage, typography, colour, iconography, imagery and tone of visual voice.
- Build and maintain a practical
brand guidelines document and a reusable design system (templates, components, master files) that the wider team can work from.
- Ensure brand consistency across
every touchpoint: digital, print, product, events, presentations and internal communications.
- Lead brand refresh and
rebranding initiatives, from concept exploration through to rollout.
Social Media & Campaign Design
- Design high-impact social media
posters, carousels, banners, motion graphics and short-form video creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube.
- Translate campaign briefs,
product launches, hiring drives, events and thought-leadership content into strong visual concepts.
- Adapt creatives across formats,
aspect ratios and platform specifications without losing design integrity.
- Maintain a consistent,
recognisable social visual language and a content calendar of design deliverables.
Marketing Collateral
- Produce brochures, case studies,
service one-pagers, pitch decks, whitepaper layouts, email templates, web graphics and landing page visuals.
- Design event and exhibition
assets — standees, backdrops, booth graphics, merchandise and signage — and prepare print-ready files.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Set creative direction for
campaigns and review work produced by junior designers, agencies and freelancers.
- Mentor junior designers, run
design critiques and help build a strong in-house creative culture.
- Partner with marketing and
content teams to plan creative ahead of campaigns rather than reacting to last-minute requests.
- Manage multiple projects and
deadlines, and track what is performing through engagement data and stakeholder feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field — or an equivalent portfolio that speaks for itself.
- 5+ years of professional graphic
design experience, with demonstrable ownership of brand identity work and social media creative.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative
Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign — and working proficiency in Figma.
- Strong fundamentals: typography,
layout, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy and grid systems.
- Proven ability to build and
document a brand system, not just execute individual assets.
- Solid understanding of social
media platform specifications, formats and what performs on each.
- Working knowledge of print
production — bleed, trim, CMYK, colour profiles and vendor coordination.
- Ability to take a written brief
and independently develop multiple strong concept directions.
- Excellent communication skills:
able to present and defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- A portfolio demonstrating
branding work and social media design is mandatory with the application.
Good to Have
- Motion graphics and video
editing — After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Experience designing for B2B
technology, IT services or enterprise software brands.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
and web design handoff practices.
- Illustration, 3D (Blender,
Spline) or generative/AI-assisted design tooling.
- Experience working with or
managing external creative agencies.
What Success Looks Like
- A documented, adopted brand
system that the whole organisation designs from.
- A consistent, recognisable
Elfonze presence across all social channels.
- Faster creative turnaround
through reusable templates and clear processes.
- Measurable lift in engagement on
design-led social and campaign content.
