Candidates must hold a BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering. A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Define process flow, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead industrialization activities from design to production.

• Ensure smooth product transfer from development to serial production.

• Resolve production issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, and PDCA methodologies.

• Define manufacturing equipment requirements.Lead automation and process improvement projects.

• Conduct PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Capability studies.

• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Manage manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.

• Coordinate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
