The project:

The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the delivery and assurance of high-quality, buildable design solutions that support efficient procurement and construction.
• Develop and implement project-specific quality and dimensional control strategies to achieve project objectives and key performance indicators.
• Drive quality excellence by embedding assurance processes, standards and best practices across projects and teams.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the right structures, capabilities and governance are in place for successful delivery.
• Champion innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement, while supporting the development and performance of team members.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions across project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.
