Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a System & Infrastructure Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the company's Windows Server infrastructure.
- Implement, monitor and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage and support the organization's VMware virtual infrastructure and other virtualization platforms.
- Monitor, maintain and support the corporate network infrastructure, including VLANs, firewalls, wireless access points, routing, and switching.
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices.
- Provide administration and troubleshooting support for Linux servers and related services when required.
- Conduct risk assessments and technical audits of servers, UPS systems, generators, and other critical on-premises infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar IT infrastructure or systems administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, user administration, and file server management.
- Good understanding of VMware Infrastructure and virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or other hypervisor platforms.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
- Basic to intermediate experience with Linux administration and cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, security, and operational excellence.
