What's the opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Analyst to analyze business processes, elicit requirements, identify solutions, assess risks, and collaborate with IT teams to drive implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to tackle diverse assignments, including Agentic AI initiatives.

What will you do?
- Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Elicit and analyze business requirements, creating artifacts such as current/future state processes, user stories, data mappings, business rules, and use cases.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business partners and IT teams (e.g., data science, development, architecture) to align on priorities and achieve business objectives.
- Data & System Expertise: Contribute to data model and system architecture decisions, leveraging domain knowledge to support business decision-making.
- AI & Agentic AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, and ML practices, using AI to optimize processes and improve productivity.
- Requirements Validation & Testing: Define measurable acceptance criteria, support development teams with design, testing, UAT, and production implementation, and perform root-cause analysis for requirements-related issues.
- Change Impact Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the impact of changes, considering time, effort, and business priorities.
- Communication & Leadership: Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, lead requirements walkthroughs, and resolve conflicts or escalate issues as needed.
- SDLC & AI DLC Expertise: Apply advanced coverage analysis techniques and work comfortably within SDLC, AI DLC to ensure successful implementation.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have:
- Business Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills with experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships, conducting requirements walkthroughs, and managing scope and change effectively.
- Requirements Expertise: Proficient in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements using techniques like document analysis, interviews, workshops, prototyping, and story mapping. Skilled in defining acceptance criteria, business rules, data requirements, and non-functional requirements.
- Problem Solving & Technical Acumen: Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong technical foundation, including experience in scope modeling, business process modeling, decision modeling, and validation of AI models.
- Project Delivery Methodologies: Proven experience with Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, and AI DLC methodologies, including requirements planning, prioritization, stakeholder analysis, and effort estimation.
- Curiosity & Adaptability: A self-starter with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and innovate, leveraging AI and other tools to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
Nice to Have:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification
- Strong knowledge of fundamental data concepts (for example, but not limited to groups, hierarchies, data structures).
- Experience working with ML or AI tools, AI prompt engineering, Human-AI mediation, multiagent orchestration, AI model feedback, Data-driven scenario planning
- Audit domain knowledge
