Requirements
What Will You Be Doing?
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Pythonbased applications and services.
- Define solution architecture and technical standards aligned with business requirements.
- Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and development standards.
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Cloud Engineering:
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Build and maintain microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or
equivalent tools.
- Work with messaging and caching technologies where applicable.
Team Leadership & Delivery Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and career
development support.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to
ensure successful delivery.
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, and release activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Monitor project risks and proactively address technical challenges.
AI-Assisted Development
- Leverage approved AI tools and platforms to improve development productivity, code
quality, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Encourage responsible adoption of AI-assisted coding and automation practices
across the team.

- 8–10 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
- 2+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience in designing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure
DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and software
architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
discipline
Good to Have:
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or PySpark.
- Exposure to data engineering and ETL pipelines.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or
CloudWatch.
- Exposure to machine learning or AI frameworks.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
