Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the following technologies: Standards and protocols, application software and embedded software for wireless and satellite networks, fixed networks and enterprise networks; connected devices (IOT and device engineering), connected applications (5G/ edge, B2X apps); and Telco Cloud, Automation and Edge Compute platforms. This role also involves the integration of network systems and their operations, related to the above technologies.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • At least 10-12 years of NPO RF optimization Experience
  • Having 4 years of hands on experience on OSS Based 4G/5G RF Optimization
  • Good learning ability form latest documentation for New feature and implementation of same.
  • POC report analysis and understating the behaviour of same feature
  • 5G SA/NSA Feature POC & Implementation
  • Understanding of Feature related parameter to finetune the feature gain.
  • Explore other new implementation results to get optimum gain of feature, If applicable.
  • Feature Parameter tunning based on different scenarios.
  • Feature Presentation to stakeholders & Market.
  • Feature implementation related understanding and support to DB.
  • Alarm analysis if applicable.
  • 5G SA/NSA EMIL logs analysis based on degradation and to analyse the Feature functionality and working.
  • Trace level Analysis knowledge to analyse the Feature functionality and working.
  • 5G SA/NSA KPI Monitoring & Optimization
  • 5G SA/NSA Counter level analysis.
  • Good analytical Knowledge in 5G-SA/5G-NSA, Correlation with Degrade KPI VS Related counters.
  • Customer KPI analysis Hourly / Day BBH Presentation/Email
  • Final conclusion of feature including Gain/ Possible KPI impact analysis / Conclusion .
  • Final PPT / Discussion with stake holders for conclusion and massification decision.
