We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Visual Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Visual Designer and marketing team to create engaging visual content for our online training courses, website, and marketing materials. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity and design skills to help us communicate our message and brand effectively to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Visual Designer and marketing team to develop visual concepts and designs for our online training courses, website, and marketing materials
- Create high-quality visual content including graphics, illustrations, and animations
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates our message
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual appeal of our materials
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects
- Assist with other design tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Senior Visual Designer and marketing team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
