Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Business Operations Analyst has oversight over surgical services financial, budgetary, purchasing, inventory control, charge and revenue cycle, data reporting, capital planning, business planning and coordination of strategy functions. Drafts fiscal policies and procedures for surgical services.
As our Business Analyst, you will help streamline operations and optimize patient care through data-driven insights and workflow coordination to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
Every day you will collect, analyze, and report operational data. You will be expected to facilitate effective communication, resolve operational issues, and manage critical data processes that support departmental goals. To be successful in this role, you must bring strong analytical skills, experience in healthcare operations, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting upon hire
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a complex business setting
- Minimum of 1 year of health care experience
