Primary Purpose:
The Sr Business Process Analyst is responsible for driving global process excellence throughout the supply chain by developing, streamlining and implementing efficient and effective processes to support our business
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead small cross functional teams to work on process improvement opportunities by participating in the design, testing and implementation of all systems and process changes.
• Develop and facilitates employee training on systems and processes including development and support of the power user networks.
• Maintain the training library ensuring all training materials stay current with business process changes and systems enhancements.
• Influence stakeholders in all levels of the organization to ensure process adoption
• Provide Tier 2 support to all end users needing help with process or systems issues that cannot be resolved by the Power User Network.
• Solve complex problems by seeking the root cause of the issue to avoid reoccurrence.
• Utilize reports to monitor process compliance and provide performance coaching to stakeholders as needed.
• Miscellaneous tasks and projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent work experience in assigned functional area.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• 2+ years SAP experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, charts, graphs).
• Experience leading small and large training classes.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
