Roofing Project Manager | $16–$20/hr + Commission

Garcia Roofing is the most recognized residential roofing name in our area. We’re hiring a Project Manager to run jobs on-site and be the homeowner’s day-of contact from start to finish.

Pay & perks:

  • $16–$20/hr (about 40–45 hrs/week), based on experience
  • Commission on the ticket price of jobs you run (avg. ticket ~$17K; most PMs run 3+ jobs/week)
  • Realistic annual: $55K–$65K+
  • Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match up to 4%
  • Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners
  • Watch progress, quality, and safety
  • Confirm materials and keep sites clean
  • Take progress photos and update project records
  • Help with inspections and keep production on track

What you need:

  • Professional, dependable, and organized
  • Comfortable outdoors in all weather
  • Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid DL and clean driving record

All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.

Salary: 55000 - 65000 USD Per annum
