Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define system architecture and implement development best practices.

• Integrate applications with relational and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

• Develop new functionalities and continuously improve existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

• Monitor application performance and contribute to optimization initiatives focused on scalability and efficiency.

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Advanced professional experience with Node.js and backend application development.

• Strong experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases and/or NoSQL technologies.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient, and highly available systems.

• Experience with software architecture principles and backend performance optimization.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Proactive mindset, strong prioritization skills, and a sense of ownership and urgency in delivering results.

• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective technical solutions.
