Full description
Take charge of residential renovation projects with clear standards, disciplined control, and practical field judgment.
If you are the kind of construction professional who takes ownership quickly, sets a clear standard, and expects work to be done right, this role is built for you. You are comfortable making independent decisions, organizing the work, and holding people accountable for quality, cost, and completion. You rely on field judgment and facts - not guesswork -to decide what should be handled by the in-house team versus subcontractors. You notice problems early, establish structure, and keep projects under control as conditions change. We are looking for someone confident enough to take charge, disciplined enough to protect the details, and practical enough to keep work moving toward the right result.
THE ROLE
As our Construction Project Manager, you will own active fix-and-flip and residential renovation projects from scope through closeout. You will set priorities for the in-house field team, coordinate subcontractors and trade partners, and determine the most efficient and cost-effective resource mix for each project. You will maintain control of schedules, budgets, labor, materials, quality, and field execution while verifying that work meets established standards. This role requires independent judgment, structure, and attention to detail. When conditions change, you will assess the facts, make the necessary decision, adjust resources, and keep the project moving without losing control of cost, quality, or scope.
