We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Verafin, reporting to The Director. In this role, you'll help shape and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem by partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions that drive strategic impact.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement Salesforce configuration changes including Flows, approvals, layouts, dashboards, and reports to improve platform functionality and user experience.
  • Drive governance, change management, and release planning while maintaining sandbox environments and supporting DevOps processes.
  • Manage user and license administration, monitor user adoption, and deliver training and support to ensure Salesforce remains a high-impact tool.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify trends and enhancement opportunities, improving data quality, system health, and overall platform performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with deep platform knowledge.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Strong documentation, training, and change management skills with experience managing high volumes of user requests.

Nice to Have

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Working knowledge of Apex, triggers, and DevOps/release management practices.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community and familiarity with best-practice governance frameworks.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $75,000 - $103,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
