About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Product Manager – HPE to support the growth of our HPE business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.  

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth for the HPE portfolio by developing existing partners and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendor contacts through proactive engagement.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, pricing requests, promotions, and special offers to support business objectives.
  • Own and manage a sales pipeline within CRM, ensuring opportunities are regularly updated and actively progressed.
  • Identify project opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Managers, Presales teams, and vendor specialists where needed.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, margin, and customer engagement targets while maintaining high service levels.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, internal sales, business development, vendor management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Fluent Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, quotation tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and HPE products is an advantage, but not essential.
