PRODYNA delivers innovative software and cloud solutions for enterprise customers, helping organizations leverage modern data platforms and analytics. As we continue to expand our Data Engineering capabilities, we are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team in Athens.

In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize modern Data Warehouse solutions, working on enterprise-scale data integration and transformation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-performing data pipelines that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for loading and transforming data from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain SQL-based data models and data pipelines.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server solutions.
  • Create and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
  • Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data workflows and database performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the data platform.

Must Have• Experience designing and developing Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions.

  • Solid experience with ETL / ELT processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Excellent SQL / T-SQL skills.
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Good knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
  • Understanding of data modeling and database optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have• Hands-on experience with Snowflake is highly preferred.

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
  • Knowledge of dimensional data modeling (Star Schema / Snowflake Schema).
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
