ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Systems Analyst supports HR Systems, including Workday, iCIMS, and SharePoint, as well as HR systems projects and the HR Systems and Services roadmap. Working with the Director HR Systems and Sr HR Systems Analyst, the role provides Workday production support, including reporting and exports, data auditing, system security, integrations, business processes, and issue resolution. The People Systems Analyst also supports system configuration, testing, documentation, training, and data cleanup; analyzes HR information needs; identifies opportunities for system and process improvements; partners with internal departments and external vendors to maintain business-critical system integrations; provides backup support for HR system operations; and delivers a high level of client service.

  • Support HR Systems projects, including business requirements, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, data cleanup, auditing, security, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Provide production support and system administration for Workday, iCIMS, and other HR systems, including troubleshooting, reports, exports, interfaces, security, and VIP tickets.
  • Partner with MoFo IT, vendors, and functional teams to support system requirements, enhancements, integrations, and intranet projects.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, communications, training materials, and end-user training.
  • Assist with maintenance of HR SharePoint pages and serve as backup to the Director HR Systems and Sr HR Systems Analyst.
  • Remain current on HR, legal industry, and technology trends to improve efficiency, teamwork, and client service.
  • Promote the Firm’s Client Service Principles and comply with information handling, confidentiality, and safety requirements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 to 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior HR Systems implementation and/or production support experience preferred. Workday HCM, iCIMS, and web-based HR application experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ad hoc reporting tools with experience developing custom reports and exports. Experience with Excel, Access, databases, spreadsheets, or file management systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and information-gathering skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate and resolve issues, meet deadlines, and take assignments from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and commitment to client service. Ability to work collaboratively and tactfully with individuals at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, with flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $104k to $145k
