Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and integration solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making across the organization. This role partners with business, analytics, architecture, and technology stakeholders to develop robust data engineering solutions, establish data integration frameworks, and ensure the reliability, quality, security, and accessibility of enterprise data assets. The position is responsible for delivering scalable data pipelines, supporting cloud-based data platforms, and implementing best practices for data modeling, governance, orchestration, and operational excellence.

Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor degree and 5 years of data and analytics experience OR Technical Certification and/or college courses and 7 years of data and analytics experience OR 9 years of data and analytics experience * Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping * Knowledge of system architecture * Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies * Knowledge of data processing environments * Knowledge of Agile project management * Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes * Business acumen * SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development * Oral & written communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform * Experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies * Experience building and maintaining enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and Lakehouse architectures * Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar platforms * Experience developing data pipelines using Python, SQL, Scala, or Java * Experience implementing CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code for data platforms * Knowledge of DevOps and DataOps principles * Experience working with streaming and real-time data processing technologies * Experience optimizing data performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring solutions * Experience working within cross-functional Agile delivery teams * Experience supporting self-service analytics, business intelligence, and reporting platforms

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
