Join a global manufacturing digitalization initiative focused on implementing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across production facilities worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end MES implementation projects, coordinating global cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving implementations from project initiation and factory onboarding through deployment, go-live, and Hypercare, ensuring successful delivery across multiple international manufacturing sites.

This is you
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT implementation projects.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end enterprise application implementation projects.
- Strong technical background with cloud-based solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience coordinating globally distributed project teams, including external vendors and international stakeholders.
- Experience managing application integrations and enterprise system interfaces.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and project reporting.
- Experience managing projects using structured project delivery methodologies and stage-gate processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple teams across different regions and time zones.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
This is your role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across manufacturing sites worldwide.
- Drive projects from initial factory engagement and solution presentations through deployment, go-live, and Hypercare.
- Coordinate globally distributed project teams, including development vendors, internal configuration teams, QA, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with factory representatives to ensure successful solution adoption and implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery.
- Facilitate Gate meetings and ensure projects progress according to the organization's stage-gate methodology.
- Monitor project execution, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, executive reports, and stakeholder communications on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure successful coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, and manufacturing sites throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and contribute to global digital transformation initiatives.
