Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Assessment Operational & Intel Lead to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

The Cybersecurity Assessment Analyst supports planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for operational cybersecurity assessments conducted across Department of Defense organizations. The position provides integration between the assessment team and supported operational staffs and exercise organizations, helping ensure cyber assessment objectives are incorporated into operational events and supported by appropriate data collection.

The analyst evaluates technical and operational cybersecurity information, identifies vulnerabilities and cyber survivability concerns, and contributes to development of assessment findings and recommendations. The position also supports development and refinement of program-wide assessment methodologies, processes, and guidance.

Key Duties-

  • Support planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of operational cybersecurity assessments.
  • Serve as an integration point between the assessment team and supported operational and exercise organizations.
  • Coordinate assessment objectives, data requirements, schedules, and collection activities with participating organizations.
  • Collect and analyze technical and operational cybersecurity information during assessments.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, cybersecurity deficiencies, and cyber survivability issues affecting DoD missions and systems.
  • Perform post-event data reduction, correlation, and analysis.
  • Research cybersecurity-related manning, training, equipment, policy, and procedural issues.
  • Develop assessment observations, findings, recommendations, and supporting documentation.
  • Support preparation of assessment reports, event outbriefs, trip reports, briefings, and other program deliverables.
  • Participate in working groups responsible for improving cybersecurity assessment methodologies, guidance, and standardized processes.
  • Develop briefings, recommendations, and analytical material supporting program-level assessment improvements.
  • Coordinate with Service, Combatant Command, and other DoD stakeholders as required to support assessment objectives.
  • Support additional cybersecurity assessment activities based on program priorities.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 10 years of directly related specialized experience
  • Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
  • Experience supporting large-scale exercises
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

20%-30%

COMPENSATION:

$115,000- $125,000

The salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
