Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of project/program delivery from initiation through closure.
  • Rapidly understand business objectives, technical architecture, dependencies, and delivery challenges associated with strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, governance artifacts, and status reports.
  • Drive effective program governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Track program progress, financials, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities, project scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, processes, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years in Technical Project Management or Program Management roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation or enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and engage effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project/program ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at team, management, and executive levels.
  • Expertise in project planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and governance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
