Responsibilities:
- Execute, assign, record and clasification of product documents with SAP environment and MS office tools
- Naming, classification and proper storage of inward documents from suppliers
- Checking and release of documents according to order text, EB standards, international directives and standards
- Clarification with engineering/purchasing or suppliers
- Compilation of mechanical seal documents for customer submission
- Initiate improvements ideas to automate the process to enchance the lead time with quality consistency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of science or any related department
- Minimum 2 years of experience as document controller in product industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Strong workable knowledge in MS office tools : Excel, Word,Outlook,PDF editing tools
- Workable knowledge in SAP environment
- Preferred knowledge in Automation tools – Excel macros, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.,
