[Job-30402] Senior Product Manager, Brazil

Mission: As a Product Manager with Business Analyst skills, you will play a pivotal role in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications, driving high-impact product decisions and enhancing the user experience within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners to understand user journeys and gather requirements.

• Translate requirements into tickets for data engineers, facilitating data-driven decisions.

• Develop dashboards and monitoring tools using Tableau, PowerBI, or Amplitude.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure optimal feature implementation.

• Maintain effective communication with global stakeholders and present findings regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in high-growth tech environments.

• Strong understanding of platform products, particularly back-end logic and API integrations.

• Ability to independently navigate complex discoveries and technical domains.

• Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams. (The entire selection process will be conducted in English; please upload your updated CV and portfolio in English.)

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Differentials:

• Experience in querying large datasets to map user journeys.

• Familiarity with Financial clients and projects related to data.

• Experience with data migration and tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Redshift.

• Strong analytical skills to validate hypotheses and prioritize demands.

Location: Candidates must be based in Brazil, with availability to work shifted hours to support a UK-based client (typically between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m BRT).
