Who you are:

As a Data Engineer III- Salesforce, you will lead the development and implementation of ETL processes and data pipelines. You’ll play an important role in designing and building scalable and reliable data infrastructures. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the systems are performing optimally and meet our high standards. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing, enabling reporting, analytics, and business decision making
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Salesforce, Tableau, Cognos, and enterprise data
  • Recommend Salesforce enhancements, automation opportunities, and reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data infrastructure meets business needs
  • Develop and enforce data governance, data quality, and reporting standards
  • Monitor data infrastructure and performance to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide guidance to other Data Engineers as needed
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in data engineering
  • Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ Years of experience as a data engineer or in a related role
  • Advanced understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, Teradata and Salesforce
  • Expertise in ETL tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of data modeling and schema design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience developing reusable datasets, semantic layers, reporting models, or analytics frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements through delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and business insights
