Duration 6 months
Seeking an experienced Azure Data Integration Engineer. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting data integration solutions that enable critical business functions including loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management.
The successful candidate will work across the full data lifecycle, supporting data movement between Salesforce, lending platforms, enterprise data stores, and cloud-based systems. This position requires hands-on development, production support, DevOps deployment activities, and collaboration with infrastructure, application, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration solutions supporting Commercial Lending business processes.
- Build, enhance, and support ETL/ELT pipelines that move data between Salesforce, loan origination systems, underwriting applications, and enterprise databases.
- Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation and integration specifications.
- Support Salesforce data extraction, replication, archival, and migration processes using tools such as Copystorm and/or GRAX.
- Deploy enhancements and code releases through Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, lending technology teams, and infrastructure teams to define integration requirements and data transformation rules.
- Troubleshoot production issues impacting lending operations and critical business workflows.
- Support data quality validation, reconciliation, and exception management processes.
- Assist with data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Participate in on-call production support as required.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance requirements within a regulated financial environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Data Integration, ETL Development, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong SQL development and database experience.
- Experience integrating data from Salesforce.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) including source control, build management, release management, and deployment automation.
- Experience developing data mappings and transformation specifications.
- Understanding of cloud-based integration architectures.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving integration-related incidents.
- Ability to work across both development and operational support functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Experience with Copystorm and/or GRAX.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure-native integration services.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud migration initiatives.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
