Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our web and Connected TV (CTV) applications. The role will act as the bridge between design, engineering, and business teams, ensuring our frontend experience is both intuitive and performant. The role owns the product roadmap, translates requirements into clear documentation, and leverages AI tools to optimize the daily product management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- User Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback from users, market trends, and internal teams.
- Feature Definition: Identify and propose new features that improve the streaming experience across web and CTV browsers.
- Documentation: Write detailed, prioritized product requirements (PRDs) that provide clear context and rationale for the engineering team.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers to understand UI/UX constraints, performance challenges, and device compatibility.
- Launch Coordination: Monitor feature progress, coordinate releases, and define metrics to track user engagement and app performance.
- AI Integration: Actively use AI tools to assist in drafting documentation, summarizing feedback, and streamlining product management workflows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
- Frontend Literacy: A solid understanding of web applications. You should be comfortable discussing frontend concepts, UI/UX trade-offs, and the challenges of delivering content across various browsers and devices.
- Agile Expertise: Solid knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills; you rely on data to prioritize the roadmap and measure outcomes.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills; you can effectively translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- AI Usage: Proven comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency in product management tasks.
Base salary range for this role: 45.000 - 55.000 euros gross /year.
